Deposits: We require a deposit of 20% for dude ranch and bed/breakfast reservations, and 50% for family reunions or other larger groups. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit can be refunded (less 10% handling fee) if your space is rebooked; otherwise it may be applied to a later stay. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance!
