Sundance Trail Ranch is a 140 acre wooded refuge; easy to access, while hidden away in the mountains bordering on the Roosevelt National Forest.

We are just 45 minutes from Ft Collins, and only 100 miles from Denver International Airport, yet we have quiet, privacy, and seclusion in an area heavily forested with pine and aspen.

The ranch offers a wide variety of options for hosting your small group's retreat, seminar, or conference needs -- we are small, so we can be flexible.

The length of your meeting can range from a single day to a week.

We can arrange our common rooms for presentation, display, or discussion.

Audio-visual equipment is available.

Meal plans are flexible -- we will be happy to design a meal plan specifically for your group.

Our environment is warm and informal, away from unwanted distractions and noise -- the kind of surroundings that encourage learning and dialog.

We recognize that you need both a place where you can comfortably meet, and also a place to relax, recreate and recharge for the challenges ahead. Some of the best communication takes place when horse back riding, hiking, shooting trap, "plinking" cans at the rifle range, playing at the pool and fooseball tables, or sitting in the jaccuzi.

Our seven guest suites are professionally decorated in a "western mountain" manner. Each has its own refrigerator, coffee service, private bath, and daily housekeeping. We are flexible in arranging both queen and twin beds. Two suites are wheelchair friendly.

The deck and porches are an inviting place to gather for a fresh cup of coffee, conversation, swapping stories, reading, or just plain enjoying the view.
