Please respond to the following questions (this is your first interview. We read this very carefully.):

1. Why the Sundance Trail Ranch/Aspen Grove? Why now?

2. Please discuss the experience that you have as it relates to the Guest Ranch (or Wedding/Events) business i.e. what skills do you have to offer?

3. On occasion, an employee has left before their agreed end date. This created significant hardship for those who remained committed to the team. Please speak to your ability to keep commitments made.

4. Think back to the absolute worst day of work you have ever suffered. What made it the worst day?

5. Wranglers Only: You WILL spend at least one day each week working as a housekeeper-assistant or kitchen helper or other "less glorious" job. (Wranglers: You WILL bus tables and help with washing dishes at least twice a week.) This is called "teaming." Discuss your ability to "team" with those whose jobs are "in the background" and less fun than yours.

6. Wranglers who eat with guests and who show a genuine interest in getting to know our guests are the wranglers who receive the most tips when those guests check out. What does this mean to you?

7. Write about a time when you were seriously stressed. What happened? How did you handle the stress? What did you do? Would you do anything differently now?

8. Tell us about a time when you experienced serious conflict with another person. How did you handle the conflict? What did you do? What would you do differently now?
