Perfect for couples who want to focus on what really matters—the two of you. Our elopement options include everything you need for a relaxed, meaningful ceremony in a stunning mountain setting.

Includes:

• Use of one ceremony site for up to two hours
• Officiant services
• Processing your license, assuring all signatures are obtained properly
• Submission of your completed license to the Larimer County Clerk's Office
• Personalized ceremony coordination
• Access to ranch grounds for photos

• Horseback arrival or ride after your ceremony

• Overnight stay in one of our lodge suites or cabins

Micro Wedding Packages

Starting at $1,750For up to 20 guests

For couples who want an intimate celebration with close friends and family, our micro wedding packages offer a relaxed atmosphere with the flexibility to make it your own.

Includes:

• Choice of ceremony site
• Reception area (Carriage House and/or outdoor courtyard) for up to two hours
• Picnic tables with benches and basic décor
• On-site coordination before and during your event
• Use of ranch grounds for photos

• Catering or buffet dinner

• Round tables and chairs

At Sundance Trail Guest Ranch, we offer the flexibility for couples to create the wedding experience they envision. You’re welcome to bring your own vendors and plan every detail yourself with our wedding package, which includes access to our most scenic ceremony and reception spaces—or you can take advantage of our in-house food and beverage services for a more all-inclusive experience.

Includes:

• Exclusive use of chosen ceremony site
• Reception area (Carriage House and/or outdoor courtyard) for up to four hours
• Picnic tables with bench seating and setup support
• Coordination assistance before the event
• Parking and restroom facilities for guests
• Time for setup, ceremony, and cleanup
